Design: scATAC-seq libraries were prepared using the DNBelab C Series Single-Cell ATAC Library Prep Set21 (MGI, 1000021878). The DNA concentration of each library was measured using a Qubit ssDNA Assay kit and sequenced on a DIPSEQ T5 sequencer at the China National GeneBank (CNGB).

In this study, we used scATAC-seq to generate a dataset encompassing 66,384 cell profiles. These profiles were obtained from five teratomas, of which three derived from human naive PSCs, and the remaining two from primed PSCs. We identified 17 distinct cell types, covering both embryonic and extraembryonic lineages, closely resembling corresponding cell types in human fetal tissues.
